When and where is the Undergraduate Research Forum?

The CSURF 2025 will be held IN-PERSON at the United States Air Force Academy

You will need to arrive at your presentation location/room at least 10 minutes before the first presentation in your assigned timeslot.

You will need to bring valid government-issued ID.

What is the dress code for the Forum?

For student participants, the dress code for the forum is business casual. For USAFA cadets, it is service dress, unless otherwise indicated by the USAFA administration.

What time is the keynote address?

TBD

How long does the event last?

Although the final schedule will be published AFTER the student presenter registration closes on April 8th, presentations are held approximately from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Where do I check in on the day of the Undergraduate Research Forum?
